1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
Cook pasta noodles, drain. Pour blended milk and egg into a medium bowl; Add cooked pasta noodles and toss to coat. Spread noodle mixture evenly in a lightly greased rectangular pan. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until beef is thoroughly cooked, then drain off grease. Add tomato sauce, season to taste and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture over pasta noodles. Top with mushrooms and cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6 to 8.

Salt and black pepper to taste
In large skillet, saute beef over medium heat for 5 minutes or until well browned.
Stir in pasta, tomatoes, water, corn and barbecue sauce; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover skillet and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Stir occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
Serves 4.

Broccoli Bean Bake
1 1/2 cup cooked dried northern beans
6 cups broccoli florets
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups [8 oz] shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tablespoons dry bread crumbs
Cook dried northern beans according to directions; then drain.
Place broccoli in a saucepan in 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in 1 Tablespoon butter. Spread in a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish.
Drain broccoli and place over onion mixture.
Top with beans. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, pepper, cheese and bread crumbs.
Melt remaining butter and pour over the top.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 8 servings

In a hot skillet, heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and saute for 1 minute, then add add chicken stock and Newman’s Own Lemon Pepper Marinade. Saute until mushrooms blend, then add flour to thicken sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix with pasta in a serving bowl and serve. Serves 6.

1 small stalk celery, chopped [about 1/4 cup]
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
3 dill or sweet pickles, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped [about 1/4]
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 hard-cooked eggs, each cut into fourths
1/2 shredded Cheddar cheese
Salad greens
Mix mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons cheese, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Mix beans, celery, sliced eggs, pickles, onion, salt and pepper; stir in mayonnaise mixture. Garnish with quartered eggs and 1/2 cup cheese.
Serve on salad greens. Makes 4 servings.

Organic Pasta Noodles With Chicken
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 carrot, sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch pieces
1 10 oz. package frozen broccoli, thawed
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounces whole wheat organic pasta noodles
2/3 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. basil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat and add chicken.
Cook, stirring until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Begin heating water in another pot for the pasta. Add carrot to skillet and cook, stirring for 4 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Cook pasta according to directions on the package. While pasta is cooking, add chicken broth, basil and Parmesan to skillet. Stir to combine and add chicken. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
Drain pasta. Place in a large serving bowl. Top with chicken and vegetable mixture and serve. Serves 4.
