Omega 3 nutrition bars are great healthy food snacks, packed full of vitamins and minerals.

This nutritional bar has especially been developed to provide your body with the raw materials necessary to gain and maintain the healthy of your brain.  The brain is the control center for the entire body and proper brain nutrition is essential for maintaining a sense of well being.

Omega 3 nutrition bars are full of power packed seeds.  Seeds are the beginning of life and contain powerful nutrients for the brain.  These bars also contain Omega 3, Tryptophan, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12, all proven to be essential for proper health.

Brain nutrition is a factor in depression.  A diet high in Omega 3 decreases the risk of depression.   Omega 3 is found in flaxseed, walnuts and almonds.  Omega 3 nutrition bars contain all three.  Low serotonin levels are linked to depression and the brain needs the raw material Tryptophan to make serotonin.  Tryptophan is found in pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and almonds.  The Omega 3 bars have all three.
Insufficient levels of Folic Acid can cause depression and Vitamin B 12 deficiency symptoms of forgetfulness and depression.  The Omega 3 bars are fortified with both Folic Acid and Vitamin B 12.

The Omega 3 nutrtions bars contain 6 grams of dietary fiber and 9 grams of protein.

You will be delighted with the extra energy and well being after eating these nutrition bars.  They are a healthy nutritious food snack and are great for work, camping, fishing, skiing, hiking and any everyday activity.

natural-cereal-bars

For a number of years, I was complacent about getting a nutritious breakfast. Despite everything I had read about the importance of eating a balanced breakfast, I just couldn’t seem to find the time. My job requires that I wake up at the crack of dawn, and I barely have enough time to make coffee before heading off to work. Luckily my wife finally intervened and provided me with a healthy solution.

These days I make sure to grab a few natural cereal bars before hopping in the car. These tasty combinations of whole grains and fruit are filling enough to tide me over until lunch. They also augment my diet with enough vitamins and minerals to keep me well-balanced and energized to take on the day. I wouldn’t even consider sacrificing my newfound breakfast treat.
